Dr Lucy Ding
Public Practice
Dr Lucy Ding is a staff specialist endocrinologist and chemical pathologist at Royal North Shore Hospital where she runs the Healthy Weight Service in the Department of Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism and heads the endocrinology laboratory in the Department of Chemical Pathology.
Private Practice
Her private consulting rooms are a multidisciplinary practice with bariatric surgeons, a dietitian and a psychologist.
Qualifications
After obtaining her medical degree in 2004 from the University of NSW, Dr Ding underwent specialist training as both an endocrinologist and a chemical pathologist at Royal North Shore, Royal Prince Alfred and Prince of Wales Hospitals. She also completed a fellowship in metabolic genetics at Westmead Hospital. Dr Lucy Ding is a fellow of both the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the Royal College of Pathologists Australasia. She has also received membership to the Australasian Association for Clinical Biochemistry.
